What is Venetian Plaster?
Venetian plaster refers to a type of plaster made from slaked limestone. It could include organic elements like marble dust. It is troweled on in incredibly thin layers to create a rich appearance with depth and movement. It has a lovely visual appearance and is flawlessly smooth to the touch. It can shine brightly with a high sheen after being burnished. Even though a matte finish isn't the typical appearance, some of our clients prefer it, and in this case, it may be quite lovely. The plaster undergoes a carbonization process and turns into stone after fully drying. There are countless styles of venetian plaster, from swahili to concrete style, one has the full potential to let their creativeness flow.
